During the Asante war-scare Obosompra at Abiru had told the Akropongs not to plant yams, and this was causing some difficulties with the yam custom (The Mission was under pressure to present a cow for the custom.).
Includes further comments on the census figures (Second Half Year Report No 75). Now states that the inhabitants of the villages did not include the numbers of their slaves and slaves’ children.
