Betreut wurden die AustauschlerInnen durch V. Schneider (Sekretariat SAM/CEVAA) in enger Zusammenarbeitt mit dem Personalbüro und der Kandidatenstelle der KEM, die AusländerInnen in der Schweiz durch Begleitgruppen (in ihren Einsatzgemeinden) verstärkt durch Mitglieder der AG-CEVAA.
