Unter anderem war Schloz 1946 wegen der Zwangsarbeit von deportierten Polinnen in der Weberei sowie der generell "schlechten" Behandlung von Mitarbeiterinnen in Deutschland zu sechs Monaten Haft und 1000.- Mark Busse verurteilt worden und 1947 vom französischen Tribunal Intermediare du Wurttemberg aufgrund von Kriegsverbrechen festgenommen worden.
