A cursory search noticed the text of the 1853 Committee decision about missionaries’ children in India, including the "Prospectus" for the school the Basel Mission proposed to open on the Nilgiris for them (pp. 619-631, 675-7, 763-5); and a circular of the Industry Commission of the Basel Mission dd. 1. Feb. 1854 (pp. 715-726 and signed by Josenhans and Karl Sarasin). Many of the documents in C-5-4.3 will be found in other collections of circulars generated by the Josenhans visit (See C-5-2.20). A cursory glance suggested, however, that the pre-visit documents are, perhaps, more complete here than in other places.
