Nov. 1932, held in the presence of Karl Hartenstein from Basel. -a 7-page set of confidential memoranda on the British Government’s attitude to missionary societies working in India, apparently dated March 1919 [it is not immediately clear why it is lying here], and one page of notes apparently from the mid-1920s on the situation of Basel missionaries in India. -materials in German from South Mahratta about relations between church and mission, circulated to the Basel Mission Inspectors and the Committee in Basel (cover letter dat. 17th Jan 1933). -some remarks on the transfer of property to the church in South Mahratta (W. Schiess, in German, Oct. 1932, 5 pp., typewritten.) -Minutes of the Basel Mission General Conference, 5th Dec. 1932 in Mangalore (6 pp., typescript, in English). -Comments from Rev.
