"6 cm thick pile of folio sheets which appear to be the rough minutes from the Missionaries’ Annual General Conference in Calicut, 11th-15th Dec. 1910."

This unusual set of documents (usually these minutes only appear tidied up in the bound C-1 volumes before 1913) is probably to be explained by the fact that Insp. Frohnmeyer from Basel was at the Conference and may have taken the rough minutes (or one set of rough minutes) directly into his keeping. Different handwritings and inks are visible, i.e. we probably have the basic documents prepared for the Conference here also. At the bottom of the folder is the Report of the Kanara and Kurg District for 1910 submitted to the General Conference.
