A copy of the page proof of these regulations is contained in this folder, but almost all the other documents are in MS. The file begins with 3 substantial papers from 1894 and carries on with different drafts, and correspondence especially with Mark Hoch, a returned India missionary living in Riehen/Basel-Stadt. There is a 10 p. translation into German by Mark Hoch of a short paper by Rama Ras [oder Das] in Mangalore about some of the paragraphs in the congregational regulations, dated 14th May 1900.
