"Hauschronik der Station Chombala von 1866-1887 / Chronicle of the mission station at Chomabala 1866-87"

Foolscap format, no page numbers, block of paper between the covers 2.1 cm thick, but only about one-third used for the Chronicle. The paper was originally intended as a marriage register and each page carries a lithographical form for this purpose. The condition is, unfortunately, not good - the ink has spread both over and into most pages, making the text very difficult to read. In 1868 most of the texts are in Malayalam, otherwise this document is in German and in the old German handwriting. From the papers of Martha Goetz (Accession no. 1989/17).
