"Correspondence with/concerning the Basel Mission Press/Book Depot Mangalore"

Two thin (3 cm) ring books (a & b), a standard (8 cm) ring book (c) and a thin file (d). File C-4-6.7a contains correspondence with Martin Bez, who was in charge of the Press/Bookdepot 1932-1937. File C-4-6.7b is entitled "Reports, Bookshop, Press" and contains material from the years 1932-5. File C-4-6.7c concerns relations between the Basel Mission and F.H. Rauleder, Bez’ predecessor in charge of the Press/Bookdepot. After he left the Mission Rauleder was charged with several cases in which it was alleged that funds had been misappropriated,. This file contains both his reports etc during his time in Mangalore, and the correspondence which ensued.
