500 numbered pages, all used. In spite of the chronological overlap evidently a successor volume to C-2.14. addressed primarily to the Executive Committee and its officers. NB increasingly towards the end the volume contains bound-in copies of duplicated letters produced in Mangalore on the basis of texts from Basel, and intended for all the India missionaries. These include not least Basel comments on the Annual Accounts.
