This volume consists of the following sections: Cannanore (11 documents); Talatscheri (27); Chombala (6); Calicut (19); Codacal (5); Waniyankulam (5); Palghat (4); Keti (8); Kalhatti (1) and Kotageri (2). NB As in C-1.164 the separate section for Ootacamund has been dropped, and instead there is a section headed "Kalhatti". The 1908 letters and reports are once more bound in four volumes, not five as in 1907. The new arrangement in which Annual and Quarterly Reports are filed separately from all other correspondence continues, however. So the four volumes in 1908 are (a) Correspondence General Executive Committee and Karnataka (C-1.167); (b) Correspondence Kerala and the Nilgiris (C-1.168); (c) Annual and Quarterly Reports Karnataka (C-1.169) and (d) Annual and Quarterly Reports Kerala and the Nilgiris (C-1.170).
