Description
Its pages are numbered through from p. 1 to p. 616. The name which can be interpreted as the addressee of particular copies of a circular on pp. 401. 410, 411. 438, 473, 541 and 549, indicate that it comes from the Station Archive in Anandapoor whose head of station was A. Kaufmann. Earliest circular: 1854, latest: 1867. C-1.17 is only approximately a successor to C-1.10B, since there is a gap of some months between the last circular of C-1.10B and the first circular of C-1.17.
