"Tagebuch von Johann Gottlieb Schmid"

Kleines Tagebuch mit täglichen Einträgen bis 20 Tage vor seinem Tod an der Goldküste. Auf der Titelseite steht "Fortsetzung meines Tagebuches von meiner Ankunft zu Cap Coast und Besuch in Elomina in Afrika den 12ten Decembris 1828 bis 9ten August 1829". Das erste Tagebuch ist nicht vorhanden. Das Tagebuch wurde verwendet für das Buch "Ein unbekannter Soldat Jesu Christi. Johann Gottlieb Schmid aus Aarburg" von Emanuel Kellerhals. Basel 1944 (Betriebsdokumentation Signatur K. 175). Small diary with daily entries up to 20 days before his death on the Gold Coast. The title page reads "Continuation of my diary of my arrival at Cap Coast and visit to Elomina in Africa from December 12, 1828 to August 9, 1829". The first diary does not exist. The diary was used for the book "Ein unbekannter Soldat Jesu Christi. Johann Gottlieb Schmid from Aarburg" by Emanuel Kellerhals. Basel 1944 (Betriebsdokumentation Ref. K. 175).
