"Zimmermann to Basel"

Written from Akropong. On Hanson's Accra gospels: handy (pp 1-3). On his plans for linguist work as directed by the committee: A primer is in the writing, a grammar and dictionary will take time. For the translation of the Bible Hanson has made a good beginning on which they can improve (he knows Greek and Hebrew). Stanger has translated a catechism and they have agreed on the spelling of Venn. There are sometimes differences between Stanger and himself on the proper way to spell words. Stanger has begun a collection of prayers in Ga (pp 4-8). Personal on the relationship between the elder brethren and the new inspector whom they do not know personally (pp 9-16).
