Proposes an annual conference of the missionaries. There all requests to the committee would have to be discussed first. This is especially important concerning buildings. Brethren requesting to be married should submit their desire to this conference. To the Hamburg missionaries He proposed Akim or Pogo, if they should not settle beyond the Volta. Halleur is there, doing nothing. Mr. Heinze, another of the Gossner missionaries has taken the plate of Alexander Clerk in their school. He has not separated his ties with Gossner, but is treated like a native teacher in the meantime. Gossner must give his missionaries another leader, if he does not want to lose them all. Would Gossner decide to take better care of his missionaries, then Heinze will of course have to leave them soon again. The committee might consider to employ him. He is an able and modest man.
