"Schiedt from Danish Accra"

News about a missionary conference in Ussu: 1) Decide that a chapel at Christiansborg is urgently needed. Reasons given (pp 1-2). 2) Stanger was stationed at Christiansborg. This step was needed and the committee will surely approve afterwards. The teachers training in an institute where daily 6 lessons are given, alone needs the strength of a missionary. They should also soon open a second station on the coast at Ningo. They need a coherent mission field. The Wesleyan school at Prampram is not doing well and shall be handed over to the Basel Mission soon (pp 2-3). 3) They discussed the station to be opened at Aburi and saw that they could not wait longer, so Meischel was stationed there according to instructions, but earlier than planned at home (p 3). 4) Financial technicalities (p 4).
