Full text: “My dear brother, I send my kind love to you and my grandmothers. Please will you be so kind as to tell my grandmothers that I intend to be baptized and wish to know from them whether they will agree to it or not; I have nothing to send for them at present but I hope by and by the Lord will give my something to send for them please to send me an answer as soon as possible. I remain you tuly (sic) Sekjama your sister she send her kind to love you java Ashanteva"
