"Riis to Basel from Ussu"

News about new troubles with the Governor. The Committee had taken steps with the king because Riis had written that he had been detained. This letter was sent to the Governor for investigation and Riis appeared before the council. Palaver with the local chaplain, who does not want to celebrate the marriage of Riis. Reason: Asks for all sorts of documents and wants to proclaim it for three weeks, thus detaining Riis.
