"Geschäftsleitung / Management Board"

Die Geschäftsleitung war die Nachfolgerin der Referentenkonferenz. Gemäss der Verfassung von 1994 bildet sich die Geschäftleitung aus dem Präsidenten respektive der Präsidentin der Basler Mission sowie den Referentinnen und Referenten der einzelnen Abteilungen. Die Geschäftsleitung führt die laufenden Geschäfte und villzieht die Beschlüsse des Vorstandes und der Abgeordnetenversammlung. Sie hat Antragsrecht im Vorstand. Die Mitglieder der Geschäftsleitung haben die wichtigen Anliegen ihrer Aufgabenbereiche der Geschäftsleitung vorzulegen und deren Beschlüsse auszuführen. The Management Board was the successor of the speakers' conference. In accordance with the 1994 Constitution, the Management Board is made up of the President of the Basel Mission and the speakers from the individual departments. The Executive Board manages the day-to-day business and executes the decisions of the Executive Board and the General Assembly. It has the right to make proposals to the Executive Board. The members of the Executive Board must present the important concerns of their areas of responsibility to the Executive Board and implement its decisions.
