"Strrömberg's Report for the Year 1861"

The report is printed in extenso as an annex to the Annual Report 1862 of the Mission, pp10-17. Additional material: In Tafo some young men asked for a scholl. The Catechist Adolf Burckhardt has been with them in Kibi during the second part of the year. Adultery is certainly punished, but it is also a fact that in the larger towns women tempt foreigners into adultery in order to have them accused. Several excluded Christians from Akwapim have sought entry to the community in Kukurantumi and Kibi, but only three have been re-accepted. 16 pupils regularly attend school in Kukurantumi, more attend occasionally as their parents permit.
