Giving the background to the decision about financial support etc. The idea was that a free school elsewhere in Kwahu (Obo was favoured unanimously, Ramseyer pointing out that a teacher’s presence would support the boys who had once registered as catechumens) could 'feed' the Abetifi boarding school. Hence the withdrawal of money support was from the first class in the boarding school.
